While Jesus yet talked to the people, behold, His mother and His brethren stood without, desiring to speak with Him. Then one said unto Jesus, Behold, Your mother and Your brethren stand without, desiring to speak with You. But Jesus answered and said unto him that told him, Who is My mother? and who are My brethren? And Jesus stretched forth His hand toward His disciples, and said, Behold My mother and My brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of My Father which is in heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother.Matthew 12:46-50
Who Are Those Who Enter Heaven?
Not everyone that will say unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name? and in Your name, we have cast out devils? and in Your name, we have done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them,” I never knew you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity.” Matthew 7 v 21-23.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12.
Believers In Christ Are To Be Lights In The World.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5: 14-16.
Believers Must Continue To Walk In The Light.
Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walks in darkness does not know where he goes. While you have light, believe in the light, that you may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide Himself from them. John 12:35-36.
Shining In The Kingdom Of God.
Jesus answered and said unto them, He that sows the good seed is the Son of Man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the Kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.”So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. Mark 11:20-22.
Believing In The Heart.
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11:23-24.
The Importance Of Forgiveness.
“And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”.Mark 11:20-26.
The Protocol Of Prayer.
Therefore, pray you: Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Read More. “When You Stand Praying Forgive.”
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while and the world sees Me no more, but you see Me: because I live, you shall live also. On that day, you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. John 14:18-20.
Love Requires Action.
He that has My commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves Me: and he that loves Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love him and will manifest Myself to him. John 14: 21.
Therefore, whosoever breaks one of these least commandments and teaches men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever does and teaches them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:19.
The Father Rewards Those Who Love Jesus.
Judas, not Iscariot, said unto Jesus, Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself unto us, but not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man loves Me, he will keep My words: and My Father will love him, and We will come unto him, and make Our abode with him. Then said Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it. For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He shall reward every man. Matthew 16:24-27.
The Carrying Of The Cross Is Continuous.
And Jesus said to them all If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged if he gains the whole world, and loses himself or is cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My words, of him shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory, and in His Father’s, glory and of the holy angels. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets before you. Matthew 5:10-12.
But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; Yet has he not root in himself, but endures for a while: for when tribulation or persecution arise because of the word, by and by he is offended. Matthew 13:20-21.
But when you shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that reads understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! Read More. “Disciples And Persecution.”
You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its savour, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they set it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:13-16.
For everyone will be salted with fire. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”Mark 9:49-50.
Once again, Jesus spoke to the people and said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12.
Then Jesus told them, “For a little while longer, the Light will be among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you. Read More. “Disciples Are Salt And Light.”
He that loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me: and he that love son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he that takes not his cross, and follows after Me, is not worthy of Me. He that finds his life shall lose it: and he that loses his life for My sake shall find it. Matthew 10:37-39.

Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in His Kingdom. Matthew 16:24-28.

The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his Lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his Master and the servant as his Lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of His household? Matthew 10 v 24-25
