Jesus’ Instruction On Giving.
Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise, you have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when you do your alms, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you; They have their reward. But when you do your alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does: That your alms may be in secret: and your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly. Matthew 6 : 1-4.
Take Heed What You Hear.
Also, Jesus said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand? For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” Then Jesus said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. Jesus Was Sent From The Father.
Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, you would love Me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of Myself, but the Father has sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? even because you cannot hear My word. You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do.
He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it.And because I tell you the truth, you do not believe Me. Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do you not believe Me? He that is of God hears God’s words: you, therefore, hear them not, because you are not of God. John 8 : 42-47.
Jesus Honoured The Father.

Believe In God. Believe In Jesus.
Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may also be. And where I go, you know, and the way you know. John 14 : 1-4.
Jesus The Only Way To The Father.
Thomas said unto Jesus, Lord, we do not know where You are going and how then can we know the way? Jesus said unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes unto the Father but by Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also: and from henceforth you know Him, and have seen Him, Philip said unto Him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us. Jesus, The Resurrection And The Life.
Then when Jesus came, He found that Lazarus had lain in the grave for four days already. Now Bethany was near to Jerusalem, about two miles away: And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary to comfort them concerning their brother. Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him, but Mary sat still in the house. Then Martha said unto Jesus, Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. But I know that even now, whatsoever You will ask of God, God will give it to You.Jesus said unto her, Your brother shall rise again. Martha said unto Him, and I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? Martha said yes, Lord I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who would come into the world. John 11 : 17-27.

I am the true Vine, and My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. John 15 : 1-3
The Need To Continue To Abide.
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abides in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me. I am the Vine, you are the branches: He that abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words shall abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be My disciples. Jesus, The Good Shepherd.
I am the Good Shepherd, the good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. But he that is a hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep, and flees and the wolf catches them and scatters the sheep the hireling flees because he is a hireling, and does not care for the sheep. I am the Good Shepherd, and I know My sheep, and I am known of Mine. As the Father knows Me, even so, I know the Father: and I lay down My life for the sheep.
There Is Only One Shepherd And One Fold.
And other sheep I have, who are not of this fold: these also I must bring, and they shall hear My voice, and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. Therefore does My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, that I might take it again. No man takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. Jesus, The Exclusive Shepherd.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that does not enter into the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that enters in by the door is the Shepherd of the sheep. To Him, the porter opens and the sheep hear His voice: and He calls His own sheep by name, and leads them out. And when He puts forth His own sheep, He goes before them, and the sheep follow Him: for they know His voice and a stranger they will not follow but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. This parable Jesus spoke unto them: but they did not understand what things they were which Jesus spoke unto them.
Jesus Came To Give Abundant Life.
Then Jesus said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the Door of the sheep. All that ever came before Me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. Jesus, The Light Of Life.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. John 1:1-9.
Jesus, The Light Of The World.
And as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. And His disciples asked Jesus, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered Neither has this man sinned, nor his parents, but that the works of God should be made manifest in him, I must work the works of Him that sent Me, while it is day: the night comes when no man can work. The Work Of The Father Is To Believe In Jesus.

Labour not for the meat that perishes but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of Man shall give unto you, for God the Father has sealed Him. Then the people said unto Jesus, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that you believe on Him whom the Father has sent. They said therefore unto Jesus, What sign will You show that we may see and believe you? What work will you do? Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
Jesus, The Bread From Heaven.
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses did not give you that bread from heaven, but it was My Father Who gave you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He Who comes down from heaven and gives life unto the world. Read More. “Jesus Is The Bread Of Life.”

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. John 15:7
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He may give it to you. John 15:16
In that day, you will ask nothing of Me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in My name, He will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive that your joy may be full. I have said these things to you in figures of speech.
