Faith Is Taking Jesus At His Word.

Faith Is Trust In The Father.

Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you; whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11 : 20-24.

And why take you thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Matthew 6 : 28-30

Faith Is Taking Jesus At His Word.

Fear Not Yours Is The Kingdom Of God.

Do Not Fear What Men May Say Or Do.

But when they persecute you in this city, flee you into another: for verily I say, you shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of Man become. The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? Fear them not, therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I tell you in darkness, that speak you in light: and what you hear in the ear, that preach you upon the housetops. Matthew 10 : 23-27.

Do Not Let Fear Rob You Of The Blessing.

While He was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher.” But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.” When He came into the house, He permitted no one to go in except Peter, James, and John, and the father and mother of the girl. Those Who Are Blessed.

The Blessings From The Lord.

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Matthew 5:3-11

And Jesus lifted up His eyes on His disciples, and said, Blessed, be you poor: for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you that hunger now: for you shall be filled. Blessed are you that weep now: for you shall laugh. Blessed are you, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of Man’s sake. For Those Who  Ask

I Can Ask And Receive Good Things From The Father

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For everyone that asks receives; and he that seeks shall find, and to him, that knocks it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son asks bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father, which is in heaven, give good things to them that ask Him? Matthew 7: 7-11

“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it will be opened. If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? For Anyone In Jesus.

Expecting The Father To Be Revealed.

“All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” Luke 10 verse 22

 Denial Of Self, Take Up One’s Cross And Follow Jesus.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. Matthew 16: 24

And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me. Luke 9:23

 Must Be A Servant Of All.

Sitting down, He called the twelve and said to them, “If anyone wants to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.” Mark 9:35

 Must Forgive To Be Forgiven.

Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. Mark 11:25

Jesus Must Be First In One’s Life.

“If anyone comes to Me and does not love me more than his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple. Read More. “For Anyone In Jesus.”

Take Heed, Be Watchful.

Jesus’ Instruction On Giving.

Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise, you have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when you do your alms, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you; They have their reward. But when you do your alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does: That your alms may be in secret: and your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly. Matthew 6 : 1-4.

Take Heed What You Hear.

Also, Jesus said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand? For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” Then Jesus said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. Jesus And The Covenant Name Of The Father.

Jesus Was Sent From The Father.

Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, you would love Me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of Myself, but the Father has sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? even because you cannot hear My word. You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do.

He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it.And because I tell you the truth, you do not believe Me. Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do you not believe Me? He that is of God hears God’s words: you, therefore, hear them not, because you are not of God. John 8 : 42-47.

Jesus Honoured The Father.

Then answered the Jews, and said unto Jesus, Say we not well that You are a Samaritan, and has a devil? Jesus answered, I have not a devil, but I honour My Father, but you dishonour Me. Read More. “Jesus And The Covenant Name Of The Father.”

Jesus The Way, The Truth And The Life.

Believe In God. Believe In Jesus.

Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may also be. And where I go, you know, and the way you know. John 14 : 1-4.

Jesus The Only Way To The Father.

Thomas said unto Jesus, Lord, we do not know where You are going and how then can we know the way? Jesus said unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes unto the Father but by Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also: and from henceforth you know Him, and have seen Him, Philip said unto Him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us. John 14 : 5-8.

The Father Revealed In Jesus.

Jesus Is The Resurrection, And The Life.

Jesus, The Resurrection And The Life.

Then when Jesus came, He found that Lazarus had lain in the grave for four days already. Now Bethany was near to Jerusalem, about two miles away: And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary to comfort them concerning their brother. Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him, but Mary sat still in the house.

Then Martha said unto Jesus, Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. But I know that even now, whatsoever You will ask of God, God will give it to You.Jesus said unto her, Your brother shall rise again. Martha said unto Him, and I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? Martha said yes, Lord I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who would come into the world. John 11 : 17-27.

Jesus Wept.

Jesus The True Vine,

Jesus, The True And Only Vine.

I am the true Vine, and My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. John 15 : 1-3

The Need To Continue To Abide.

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abides in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me. I am the Vine, you are the branches: He that abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words shall abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be My disciples.
